Simon J Hargreaves Associates are an established Building Surveying and Architectural Design practice, based in the ancient market town of Kendal in Cumbria.

We specialise in the design of new build work, extensions, alterations and refurbishment works to domestic, commercial and industrial property.

We offer a professional, yet personal comprehensive building design service, assisting our clients in taking their project from conception through to completion.

We undertake projects throughout Cumbria and North Lancashire, including both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks.

We offer a no obligation initial consultation, to discuss the scope and nature of a client’s potential project, providing advice on how to take the project forward through each stage of the building process.
