A comprehensive building surveying service is available to clients, whether it be a measured survey for property development or acquisition, or to enable plans to be prepared to enable property alterations or extensions.

In addition, we also undertake building surveys to investigate specific problems, whether it be problems relating to damp, timber decay or infestation, or structural movement.

We are also able to offer advice if you are considering altering an existing property, whether it be to extend, improve, or re-build.

Often, the first stage of property development is to have a site or building survey undertaken, to record existing information or features, to enable the design stage to follow.

We undertake site and building surveys, level and topographical surveys, as the starting point of the building design phase.
